Snowy First Ride

Yesterday we finally got our new bikes out for a test ride and loved them!  Despite the snow, wet roads and multiple layers of clothing it was an exhilarating ride.  It was eerily foggy too, so we kept pretty close to town.  Sandy and I both had booties on but Wayne headed home when his feet were getting cold; not long after he called Sandy's cell, resulting in a comical roadside stripping off of layers as she struggled to get to her phone before it stopped ringing.  He wanted us to ride back to our house so we could take a picture.  So, that's us in the photo, the three amigos and we hope the snowy background is not something we will see a lot of once we get to Africa.
